The motivation for
Emirati students looking for work is to have a good salary,But other features are
now being seen as just as or more important. Emiratis want to develop their skills
as a priority as well as to earn money, They can do this in the private sector,
as here salaries are traditionally lower. Other attractions for Emiratis are the
opportunities of getting promotion. This means that they can get additional responsibilities
and some management training, for example. This is part of the government
Emiratization Programme to get more students into work and to lower lessen
unemployment. This is the way forward for the county and Tawdheef Recruitment
